First I write down EVERYTHING I need to get done for the next week, that way I don't have to be constantly thinking about what I have get at the store or what is due in class on such and such a day. Just doing that puts my mind at an awesome ease. Then I read a book or paint or draw. Or take a glorious nap.

relaxing on the couch. I love it when it rains and I can just sit on the porch and watch the rain fall also.

I wish I could. My husband was deployed a year ago today, and I have no concrete idea of when he will be home.
