So a couple days ago I was at my friend's house partying, and my best friend's friend was belligerently drunk and was messing around and getting rough with everyone. Than, he runs at me while I'm peeing in the backyard and tackles me to the ground, I hit my head on a rock, split it open (not serious though) cut up my face and arms, and my jacket ripped...Than, obviously, I got extremely angry and started to fight him but people broke us apart...He was talking a lot of #$% and laughing at me so I said, "you ever do anything like that again, I'll kill you!!!" (not literally, but it just came out like that because I was extremely angry and drunk but some people took it seriously) Now, my best friend is mad at me because I "fought" at his house and threatened his friend...and he told me that his friend could beat me up and is totally taking his side...and he was saying I threatened his friend because I'm too scared to fight him - and he is totally taking his side...what should I do?

Next time you are at a party and your best friend is peeing tackle him to the ground and see if he likes it.

I don't understand why your best friend is mad at you when it clearly sounds like the other guy provoked it... but when people are drunk, things like this happen.
Just apologize for your part and eventually it'll blow over.
