No all 3 counts because there is a higher law than our legal system it is the natural law and they are all immoral. If someone was really poor and needed something to eat and was starving , the shoplifting act could be less culpable because the greater act of survival does come into play here.But a possible way of restitution should be figured out so no noe gets hurt.

1/ When I was younger, I definitely would have said yes. However I've learned a lot of things in the past few years and one is that "killing" a problem doesn't solve it.
2/ DEFINITELY NOT.
3/ Not unless I felt the need to (e.g. if I was homeless etc.)
I think a lot of these responses will still be on the side of the law because whether illegal or not, we've been brought up/ taught that these things are wrong...
