To have a real good career send your kids to college. Max out their skills and their money. If you do the cheats you can do the boolprop testingcheatsenabled true...... then you right click on your sim, you will see some selections. You want to look for the sim modder selection and press that. That is going to pop up a little baby that does not affect anything. Click on the baby and you can max the motives, skills and do lots of other things. There is a selection if I remember right called the semester tester. You can send the kid to college, get the semester tester. Make sure you have selected a major and then click on the semester tester and click on final exam or it might even say graduate, I cant remember. When you click on that a text will pop up and say its time for the final exam. Send them to the final exam. They will leave for the exam and then come back. Click on the phone for a graduation party and once that is done you can send them back to the neighborhood. They will have better job offers.
