I got into a car accident a few months ago. It was crazy, I stop because my daughter felt sick, and she want to upchuck out the window, we were going around a curve, but when I started back driving a car came and hit me from behind. He got a ticket, and his insurance paid to fix my car.Was it my fault or his?

legally...he was driving to fast for conditions. it's his fault...legally. he will have to pay. to bad, so sad for him but it was an accident. they happen. i hope you and your daughter are okay.

Were you in the middle of the road,,,,
or on the shoulder,right of the white line?
Makes a differance legally

He should have been watching where he was going. Was
he on a cell phone?
