theres no superstars like kobe or baron but how is this and what do i need help on

Not bad, in fact pretty darn good but you have to make a few changes. Here's my suggestions:

Dump Villanueva - He will be platooning at best with Yi Juanlin so his fantasy line will suck.

You have an over kill on shotblocking. You could trade any of your swatters away for Earl Boykins and still runaway in that category. You have no prayer in 3pt so I'd try trading a shot blocker for a really good Assist and Stls guy. Just make sure the new guy doesn't hurt your FG% that bad since you are strong there too.

Look to trade Jason Williams. His only real strength is 3pt which you don't need and his FG% and TO are bad. Try to package him with someone else.
