nope, sorry.

The best javascript can do is "hear" the mouse move over and off things.

The only way you'll move the cursor is with a proper program.

Not via Script, but I chance upon on the side Java can, I guess that is the closet possible to a simple language that can do that but Java is not a script anyway.
