It was about this group of teenagers in California who are into the drug/rave scene. I don't really remember that much about it except that this one girl kills herself after watching a self help commercial. And she had just been raped by a guy she went out with. It was a very strange movie. It was on IFC a few months ago. I know this isnt a lot to go on but I would really like some help. I also remember that a few of the girls in this movie had brightly dyed hair.
By the way, the movie isn't Party Monster.

The only thing that comes to mind off hand is Havoc.. but the girl doesn't kill herself.. (she sort of tries.. but doesn't go through with it)

there's a good variety of video clips with regard to the drug commerce. Blow, Goodfellas, American Gangster. Pulp Fiction isn't with regard to the drug commerce, yet drugs are an important plot factor. universal drug addict action picture character is Gary Oldman indoors the expert

"Art School Confidential" had a story about a guy like that but not a girl, and it would have been on IFC.
