I don't believe in religion. I just don't feel that it has worked for me. I think that I'm a good person without it. I came from a place where people were killed and are killed daily because of religion. That is a personal choice. From my point of view, I'm much happier without it. I just try to be a good person and let the universe handle the rest... I don't understand why people must proselytize to others. Why can't they be happy doing their own thing? Anyways... Peace! :)!!!

Religion , as to my understanding, is the outward expression, in a form of a lifestyle, way of speaking or acting and so on.
This out ward expression of a person may or may not represent his true thoughts or beliefs. Therefore, it is what you believe in what matters, not a religion, and a person may
not to be a religious person, but no body is without a belief in
"something". Everybody has something or some one to believe in, even if he/she may be aware of it. And this is what matters and being a non-religious is okay.

Yeah, and maybe the person could pool in a lot of beliefs from other religion, to make things more clear to them because I mean if I kept telling you Britney's favorite color was blue and your friend kept saying she liked eating cookies and someone else said she hates butterflys, you could take all of that info into your head and remember it..believe it..if it was true lol..
Its kinda annoying when people make this really big deal about it..its our beliefs, if you don't like what someone's believing, then just don't do anything..they are not you, and you are yourself, and you think for yourself, not anyone else.

I think it's OK, because I'm in that class.
agnostic: a person who holds the view that any ultimate reality (as God) is unknown and probably unknowable; broadly : one who is not committed to believing in either the existence or the nonexistence of God or a god (Merriam-Webster online)

I don't think it's fine, because I want everyone to go to heaven. That makes me sad. They have the right to believe what ever they want to believe, but I hope they all find God.

personally what i've noticed a lot lately is when people choose not to follow a religion they often end up following *something* or someone else.

It's more than okay.
I am doing research for my own sense of faith and personally haven't been part of a church in eons.
You would think if there is just one God, there should be only one way to worship him....question is..which is it?
