It would be to tell someone who speaks absolutely NO English, but who still wants to live in America, collect welfare and get free medical care and housing (courtesy of US tax payers every April 15) that if they want to enjoy the fruits of an English speaking country that they should have the decency to learn at least some broken English. In many major US cities, there are literally thousands, even tens of thousands of ppl under age 60 who moved here from other countries and expect all the benefits of America and also for Americans to speak their foreign language. I am NOT talking about tourists from other countries, ppl who work for a living or ppl who speak English with an accent.

That bully I had in 10th grade. I'ts been several years, and I still can't get over the fact that I didn't stand up for myself. If the same thing happened today, there would've been an entirely different outcome.
