Unless the conference is CALLED the Second Conference, those words shouldn't be capitalized.

Your version is pretty good and is fine for e-mail.
If you are a perfectionist, here a some suggestions.
1. "accommodation" to "accommodations" (more natural to English)
2. "They are all greatly appreciated" to "We greatly appreciate your efforts" (avoid passive voice)
3. "on December" to "from December" (period of time, not a moment)
4. "2007, please find it below" to "2007. You can find it below"

The moot point is "they are." You are really acknowledging the hospitable effort in general -an effort, therefore "It is." But when faced by grammatical cleft sticks, I always side-step the problem by re-phrasing. In this case I would say "Your courtesy is greatly appreciated."

I would change this >>They are all greatly appreciated.
to this>>> YOUR assistance is greatly appreciated.
as you want to refer to his actions, and not the items.
Other then that it looks great.
