He has just started he is crying just winging which Im sure is worse. When he starts to winge I change his nappy and place him in his cot thinking he is tired but he doesnt always go to sleep. Does or has anyone experienced this????

Yes, my baby did. It's called "I'm not really upset, but I've learned that when I do this, mom pays attention to me."

That's my personal experience. That's the age when they begin to learn to work you.

Sounds like he wants your attention. Hold him and rock slowly. Maybe he is gassy. Pat his back while rocking, it may help. Sometimes they like to be in a baby swing. Mine loved their swing.

My almost 7 month old does that all the time....I just asked a similar question yesterday........so nice to know we're not alone....hang in..it's what babies do apparently....

my baby started this at 3 months .... I think he just likes to hear his own voice as his brain is just developing and it is a new sensation to him ..... he'll grow out of it soon enough ....... and then on to some other freaky annoying thing to drive you batty .........
