no! at least not for me :) coffee keeps you awake cos its gt caffine in it and sugar willgive you a buzz. so no i dont think so. if youwant to get to sleep , the best way is to have done physical activity that day (soz ur a bit tired) but if nt, try thoose relaxation exercises ( with the clouds and all that) you can buy Cds and tapes with that on and if ur real desperate, hypnosis and try not to resort tosleeping pills:) cool hope that helped

Omg, i'm so jelous. You weigh so little and don't might desire to lose any weight. Im 5'7 and a hundred thirty pounds. you're so fortunate. Plus you ate way too little. No ask your self, you're able to desire to be like anorexic or some thing to be that skinny. fortunate
