I would go for an annulment, It would be best if you could claim non consummation, lets hope so!

It is the man you are married to, not the nationality. Why are you considering a divorce after only two days? How long did you know each other before you wed? Early in the marriage, if there was some kind of deception you may be able to get it annulled, but if you knew him for a while before you married, do you think it could be the stress of the wedding that is making you think you need to divorce?

Yes you can get a divorce. But it depends on why or what has happened. You may need to get an annulment since its only been two days.

Why did you marry if this person wasn't the one for you? Why are you getting a divorce in the first place?

did u sign the prenop. if not he still aint entitled to ****, only the things u both split money will have to be split both ways. thats only if he takes u to court for that stuff. that goes for u to. i know divorse cost more than 400 bucks.

Assuming you are in Turkey, did you fulfil the six-week waiting period before? If not, your marriage is not valid anyway.

You can, but both parties must affirm that the marriage has not been consumated[no sex yet]
