No, you did not kill your baby.

Millions of women are very sick and emotional during early pregnancy and they hardly eat or drink anything. Yet they carry their babies to term just fine.

Miscarriages happen for other reasons.

Ask God to give you peace about this. It was His will that this baby not be born.

Stress doesn't help, but usually when the body miscarries it is because there was something wrong with the child. The first trimester in particular is the most unpredictable. Often a woman will postpone even making the announcement that she is expecting in case of a miscarriage. It doesn't sound like you carried for very long.

Please don't torture yourself with the thought. The event is upsetting enough. Everything that I've read says that it is usually the body's way of ending an unviable pregnancy. It is normal for you to feel some guilt because you did not want the child, but it was just nature. It happens all the time. It happens to people that really want a baby, too. Don't guilt trip yourself. It's a wasted and destructive emotion.

Hugs,
Kris

Don't feel bad. I really don't think that you killed the baby. Think of all the young teenagers who get pregnant, are depressed about it, and then still carry to full term.
This just wasn't the right time for you to have a baby. Things sometimes have a way of working out for the best.

you body could have caused you to have a misscariage. But don't take that pain in on yourself and feel guilty. Depression is a natural part of life and happens to most people at least once in their lives. God may have given you the depression because you weren't ready to be a mother. Just relax and don't hate yourself. Just try to move on. It wasn't ment to be right now. You'll be in my prayers. Take care and good luck.

Stop beating yourself up. A huge percentage of pregnancies miscarry in the first months for a huge variety of reasons. You didn't kill anything, it sounds like it was for the best so thank your lucky stars and get on with your life.

Miscarriages just happen sometimes. My mom had two of them and also had a child she successfully gave birth to die less than a month later. But she later successfully conceived two children (one of them is me). You can't kill a fetus by "not wanting it bad enough". Don't feel guilty, sometimes life throws you weird curveballs.

This type of question really isn't meant to be answered here.

I would recommend you talk to someone you can trust, maybe your minister, or a close friend.

Depression does not cause miscarriage.

you didn't cause this. it just happened.
the depression may have been part of your reaction to the hormones.

Sometimes, bad things just happen.
