If you are minor (and I suppose the girl is also a minor now) you first of all are not alowed to marry under the Hindu marriage act; second you can be also assured that the girl's parents also cannot marry her off to anyone for the same reason.
As everyone here have said, convince her parents - do not ignore family - you will need them and they will also need you.
You are young - utilize these two odd years to get to a good career - parents will never agree to anything if you do not have a good propects.

You may truly love her.But this is not the time to make that much big plans.Wait for some more years.Get a good job...good enough to satisfy ur lover's need.Am I right?If u r in a good position and wen u truly love her,her parents would agree for sure.Always know tat no parent will like their children suffer.So wait....Be patient.

I don't know what country are you from, but most places it is a formula for disaster to get married so young. I think that is what the other parents are more afraid of than anything else.
