NO you are wrong it was not ITALIAN MONKEY but its mother definitely was ITALIAN. Any comments NOW???

I am at a loss as to what the appropriate reaction to such an incident should be - loud laughter or silent sorrow. An important representative of the people, who is rightfully the protector of people's lives and properties, is himself at the mercy of monkeys.
Trust the monkeys to realise that there is no such thing as proper administration in India and anyone can have what he wants as long as he is suitably organised and in a position to strike, whether it is the monkeys, the Indian Communists or any other political party or neta. After that we really don't need Italian monkeys. The Indian ones are good enough for a daring trick or two. And there is no imminent sign of such monkey business coming to an end soon.
Anyway, a death is always a death even if it has all the elements of farce in it. So let us pray for the soul of New Delhi's Deputy Mayor.
