tell her your concerns and your reasons for concerns.... maybe someone you know had a problem with those things and u dont want that to happen to her,... tell her that.... if she cant take it the right way and doesnt want to listen then she cant see how much you care for her, and she doesnt trust your judgement.... its her loss... and props to you for wanting to calm her down and help... if she doesnt see your that great of a guy to try and take that risk of saying something.. she isnt worth your time............

they say that although people become addicted to the nicotine in cigarettes, the main addicition is with the pleasure or enjoyment that the person gets from the act of smoking. studies have proven that the best way to quit smoking is to make it less enjoyable. the best way to do this is to do everything differently to how you usually do it. if hold your cigarrette in your right hand then start holding it in your left hand. if you usually use a lighter then you should use matches. its also been proven that people who smoke enjoy watching the smoke so they should smoke in the dark so they cant see it. by doing this you are making smoking uncomfortable and less enjoyable and wont want to do it anymore. you need to talk to your girlfriend about it and tell her that you dont want to be annoying her and that you are willing to help her stop. maybe find a few different ways of giving up smoking so you can show her that you care enough to find out about it and that you really do want to help her. hope this helps!

Well, here's one of those life lessons I've learned in my 41 years on this earth....you can't "get" anyone to do anything. She's going to do what she's going to do. The real question you should be asking yourself is is this the kind of girl I want to be with? If not, you should just find someone compatible.
I know you won't listen though because the sex is probably good, but I try. ;-)

You don't. If you want to date someone who doesn't smoke/party/drink then find a new girlfriend.

Yeah, she'll have to slip into a coma for you to say anything to her about that and not get pissed off.

Be honest, tell her like it is, if she doesn't love you enough to try to change then away with her. Don't be scared to make her mad. Women respect a man who can confront them with matters that are important.

You can't. That's something that she's got to do on her own. You could make some suggestions or tell her that you'd like her to. That may motivate her, but unless she's ready within herself, there's nothing you can do.

You can't. She's not going to change until she wants to change. You either keep your mouth shut and be happy with her, or you find someone else with the qualities you want.
