Advertise in many places. Price the rental below comparable rentals and it will fill quickly.

From the sounds of it, you want too much rent for the place.

Good luck!

First, please use paragraph breaks. Very few people will make it to the end of this, but the breaks would really help. I didn't make it to the end, but a couple things struck me. First, you guys haven't been dating a full year. What he's saying to you is very flattering, and you can build on it, but just remember that you are still in the honeymoon stage. You don't know him well enough yet to truly have an idea if you have a long term future with him (as in lifetime - decade after decade). It's a good start, but your fixation on a ring is unrealistic. Second, you do need to back off on the clinginess. If you're having feelings that you don't deserve him, you may want to talk to someone about that, because it means your self esteem isn't where it should be. And if you don't fix that, it will be impossible to stop with the clinginess, and this will drive him away. Healthy guys want self confident women, not ones who live in fear that he'll walk away one day. So just slow down. He's smart enough to know it's too soon for a ring.

It has been my experience to put a detailed add in the paper and any flyers you make for the local stores. Put an amount you are looking for this cuts down on people that can't afford that amount calling to find out they can't afford it. Do your homework on local rental prices call on a friend who might be a appraiser or realtor they might be of some help. Look at your local paper for other listings similiar to yours and get an idea of what they are charging ask to see the competition this way you know what sets you apart from the rest. Good Luck

If you are in a tight the fastest way is a realtor, thy will charge, but you got to think if it is unrented for another two three months, plus if they try to stiff you they will make them pay and take care of problems. Scope out the ones in your area. They post your house with a ton of otheres and it should be rented before you can say "no garage". Take care.
Check their credit if yo do it as ton of sqatters out there, that's why I use a real estate person, no headaches.
