Yes ofcourse they pay a huge amount for these advertisements. Actually it is a type of marketing they are doing to set in the consumer's mind. and you can see yourself as you have learnt these two - "Intel Inside" and "We recommend Microsoft windows". and while purchasing any computer you will surely think of these two advertisements and will think to purchase the computer of these companies.
Another reason is that - By doing so they are trying to capture the market by setting their names in the mind and on the tongues of the consumers.

It's a win-win. Both Microsoft and Intel have spent millions already on advertising their products. By placing the logos on their machines, consumers have instant name recognition and identify with those products so are more likely to consider the purchase of that brand.

These companies usually have a tie up with the manufacturers so they endorse their products in thier ads moreover Intel and Microsoft are the pioneers in their field, so it does kind of add some value to their ads too.

Fist of all let me tell you Intel is chip developer while MS is OS developer they are like body and brain respectively.
intel is in the market since early 19's it had produced a strong goodwill. If you see any PC it will be having intel chip (now a days AMD is also cming up) another thing why everybody ask for it bcause in every city there is repair center for the intel or ne tech guy can find a problem in intel chip.even intel chips are affordable to evry body and they have range of chips as per the requirement.
Now about MS this OS is user friendly like nw thing and even kid with ground level knwldge of it can handle the machine very well. It,s GUI (graphical user interface) is the strong side of it.
and the simplest mechanism, availability, and low maintenance makes both things so much popular.

this is actual. religious music does tend to be horribly, horribly bland. It lacks sincerity and - tho' I hate to apply the be conscious - soul. besides the shown fact that it under no circumstances was once that way. religious music was once great - Bach's B minor Mass, Mozart's Requiem working example. impressive, impressive music created via people who had to make the suitable music they might. at the instant, the concentration isn't heading in the right direction yet on "bringing human beings to the Lord". This reduces it to the point of promoting and propaganda. the same old of the music suffers. It sounds like it got here from a "a thank you to compose music" textbook fairly than from an actually, fallacious, vulnerable individual, this is what music needs to have any actual value in any respect.

Microsoft and Intel both pay for at least half the ad, if not 90%, to get their 'bug' or logo included.
OEMs, or manufacturers, then don't have to have huge ad budgets.
