It is 2007, I am a Jew, and I think the mistreatment of any one race is abominable, it is time to not forget, but to move on!

But African Americans such as Denzel Washington, Oprah Winfrey, 50 Cent, Russel Simmons, and many others aren't protesting for what you ask, why is that, because they didn't wallow in the past, they are proud of their heritage, and made a success of themselves......I suggest you do the same. Teach your children of their heritage, not wallow in self pity over it.....It happened, none of us here are responsible for it, wouldn't let it happen again, so now it is time to move on!!

Oh look...........another whiner of color that feels whitey is so oppressive to his kind.Poor,put upon *****,how unfair life can be.I know..let's start programs to "assist" these poor unfortunates to pay for housing,food,medical care and even cash for supporting illegitimate children.Then we can pass laws to give them first crack at jobs and colleges over mean ol'whitey.Then when all the safety nets are in place,they can complain that it's not enough,now they want undeserved respect for a culture that contributes very few positive examples of self reliance,community standards or personal triumph of the spirit.

please explain in more detail. They were certainly horribly mistreated, worse than can be imagined. But genocide means certain people worked to have the whole race wiped out. In slave days, slaves had value, the idea was to have several of them, not wipe out the race.
