Start looking for a new job, U may need it. If the prospects are good in your field, then U can make a move on him knowing full well that if he had any moral courage he shouldn't touch you because of your working business relationship & the law regarding sexual harassment. However, if U choose to continue your pursuit, U can take the new job and then go out with this hot guy, as he would then be a former business associate.

Do nothing.
While he is your manager, it is highly inappropriate to enter into a relationship. If you think there could be something with him, move to a different department.
He would be well advised to not start a relationship with you either. If something were to go sour, he would be at the mercy of any claims of sexual harassment.
Hot or not, stay away.

You quit and find another job before pursuing any sort of relationship. Because not only can office romances be really really ugly, they can put your manager in a serious bind if you do end up pursuing a relationship.

The only down side about getting involved with someone you work with, is if it doesn't work out or it ends badly, it could make work uncomfortable. Worse, since it is your boss you could end up without a job.

Dont do it. Been there and it is a bad thing to get involved with a manager. They can make your life hell if it gets ugly. If you have to have him, find another job.

OMG stay away. I fell in love with a co-worker and it took me years, yes years, to sorta get over it. Still today I judge all men by him. This has made my life sad. Still today I love him. You can't help who you fall in love with but you can nip it in the bud. I wish I had listened to my friends when they spoke to me about it. For pete sakes stop now!

don't start anything because you women have a tendency to turn on a guy when you are no longer interested or its not going your way and then his job and position causes him to be screwed when you go complaining poor me so leave him alone.

Don't go looking for trouble, you know what they say about office romances. I'm sure there are "hot" guys in other areas of your life!

What kind of job/company is it? Has he shown any interest in you? If he does approach you ask what the company policy is -in reference to office rel.- and let him know you don't want to jeopardize your position.
