Is this called we DATED. ? Was he my date? oR just Friends! Please read n tell me. Thanks! )
----- I'll say that we knew we were -FrIENDS,..for couple of months before Prom. We'd go to the movies,..dancing and stuff.
--But how do YOU GUYS see it?
The way it was,..i'll say that,..first he got me this flower,(that girls wear on their hands). We were together most of the time. And we were dancing ONLY WITH EACH OTHER. He wouldnt go dance with someone else,..n wouldn't let me alone either. And after the party was over,..he took me to a really nice restaurant..(very late at night.).

DATE

it sounds like a date to me. if the two of you had just gone together, and once you got there, had danced and hung out with other people for most of the night, I would say it was totally friends.
but that's not what happened! he only danced with you, he only hung out with you, and then after prom, he took you on a late night dinner date!
so, you guys really had two dates in one night!
if you're wondering if he likes you for more than a friend, I'm definitely guessing that he does! and I wish you the best of luck with everything!!!!! = )

You didn't go as friends, but you aren't dating. He was your date. You went on a date.

Going on a date and "dating" are different, but each person has her own definition. For me, you go on dates with someone, then the next step is dating, then the next step is an "official" relationship.

Sounds like you had a good time though!! :]

i'd say you went on a date, especially if he paid for dinner (if people go Dutch--split the bill--it's usually as friends, but if the guy pays it's usually a date). As far as actually dating,though--like being in a relationship--i don't think you're officially there yet, but i think it's a possibility that it could come to that. Maybe you should talk to him

Sweetie, He is TOTALLY into you! He doesn't want to be with anyone other than you. When you talk about other guys to him his heart is crushed. Does he talk about any other girls seriously? Prolly not. I would say it was a date & you are dating to him and to you it was just as friends??? Could you take it one step further, or no? Just make sure not to break his heart too much! I had the EXACT same problem a few yrs. ago with the guy I went to prom with...we later dated for about a yr. he asked me to be with him forever & I wasn't ready- I broke his heart....but thankfully our friendship was super strong. We talk on myspace every now and then....Anyways,...(sorry about that) He is SOOOOO INTO YOU!! =)
