I don't think they even have Hank Hill masks anywhere. Also, $27 dollars is only cheap if your last name is Gates, Trump or Winfrey.

I emailed Texas Department of Transportation
last year about that same question.
I don't think they found it particularly funny ,
but we did.
They suggested Party City.
We called & you'll never guess...They had some,
maybe they still do,
you might want to call, before you go.
