What are they called???

The ones who travel with the band, but don't really talk to them, they aren't techies, they just go to every concert on a tour? They don't actually meet the band or anything... is there a name for that type? I know there are groupies, roadies, techies, etc. Is there a name for the ones who just go to every show, but don't know or help the band or anything?

I've heard them being called "devotees" or "followers". One of the more famous groups who had these types of fans were The Grateful Dead.
