Hmmm... this is a tough question. Although lately the prime candidate for this is Stephon Marbury for his out of the world comments (re: dogfighting, playing in Italy, etc.).

Manu Ginobili. The way he just flops around when he drives the lane and tries to make it look like he gets fouled every time he touches the ball makes me want to just punch him in the neck. Then when he doesn't get a call, he throws up his arms and whines to the closest ref. I would like someone to show him what some real contact is.
