Most manufactureres call it a top side "Z bar", if you don't the serial # info. or brand name. Sometimes what you can do is measure the thickness of your storm door as there are various thicknessess. Then take that info. to a Lowes where they deal with Larson. If you happen to find someone that acutually knows what they're doing they should be able to call Larson with your info. and get a correct price and sell it to you. The last time that I dealt with this the Z bar was approx. 16.00 and takes about two weeks to get it in.

I sell them for a living. You will have to know which manufacturer built the door. Some ( like Larson) even want the serial number which is inside the frame because the door can vary from year to year. It would be like asking for a car part but you don't know the year, make or model.
