I have found a couple of x1650 cards but I want to know which is the best that will not give me hassle(drivers). And I think the most common problem in Radeon I see is they have HOT cards, bad drivers(picky), pretty much I'm concerned of the heat. So I want to ask which card is the BEST in terms of Heat, Drivers, ect.? Remember under $100!!!

Hi. I found an ATI 9800 Pro with Arctic Cooler on eBay for $80. Meets my needs just fine! Can you up the RAM to PC3200?

I recommend the X1650 PRO ($87).
If you has a PCI Express X16 slot, for under $100 I would recommend the ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT ($100).
Prices per newegg.com.

All gaming cards run hot.
All video cards require you install the drivers for them.
If you don't like ATI Radeon why don't you go with NVIDIA?

Make sure your power supply meets the minimum requirements the card manufacturer recommends.

The fastest AGP 4x/8x ATI card under $100 is

SAPPHIRE 100175L Radeon X1650PRO 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 AGP 4X/8X Video Card - $86.99

350-Watt power supply or greater (assumes fully loaded system)

420 Watt or greater power supply.

Video Cards
My opinion for a new video card:
For playing the latest games a FRAPS (frames per second) of 50 or higher (80 or more ideal)
For moderate games a FRAPS of 30 or more.
For simple or no games a FRAPS of 18 or more
Refer to:

FRAPS (Frames per second)

Radeon X1650PRO
FRAPS (frames per second)= 30.8

If you had PCI Express:
ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro ($85) FRAPS = 33.6 est.
ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT ($100) FRAPS = 47.7
NVIDIA 8600GTS ($133) FRAPS= 53.6
ATI Radeon HD 2900 PRO ($280) FRAPS= 88.1 est.
NVIDIA 8800GTS ($270) FRAPS=102.2
ATI Radeon HD 2900 XT ($375) FRAPS = 108.6
NVIDIA 8800Ultra ($550) FRAPS=116.9
