Aurora is gorgeous. ;) A middle name really depends on your personal style (which is hard to garner from just two names). ;) Would you prefer something short and sweet, such as Aurora Jane or Aurora Pearl? Or perhaps a less expected option, such as Aurora Genevieve?
I love both Aine and Anya (said like ON-ya or AHN-ya, depending on dialect and accent), but I'm not sure what to make of Annya, to be honest. If it's simply a typo, and you did indeed mean Anya, I love it. If the double Ns were intentional, however, and truly indicate an ANN-ya mispronunciation, I can't say I care for it.
Hope that helps.

I don't particularly like Aurora but I think..
Aurora Paige Casey would sound nice.
Anya is a cute name (also my cousins name) and I think better than Aurora. A name ending in 'n' would compliment Anya because of the similar sounds but not a name ending in 'a' or it will be too similar. Maybe...
Anya Jaylen Casey
Anya Jolene Casey
Anya Braelyn Casey
Or Anya Maree Casey (common 'ee' sound)
Hope that helps. Best of luck!

For Aurora, I would use Belle
For Annya, I would use Jae
I have no idea where these came from, just off the top of my head.

I personally do not like those names. With a great name like Casey I'd go for "grassroots" names. You seem to like "A"s.
How about Amelia, Alicia, Abigail, Audrey or Avery?
If you decide to keep your choices, Elizabeth fits perfectly. It's not always good to give your child a difficult name to spell and pronounce. Life is hard enough
Good Luck
