I recently bought this car from a private seller and it did not come with a manual. The radio requires a 4 digit code using the numbers 1-6. Is there anything I could do besides going to the manufacturer of the radio.

Go to a radio shop because the possible numbers for code are
6^4 == 1296

Seems to me the private seller would have told you the code. Maybe you should ask him/her. Otherwise the situation sounds kinda fishy.

I had this same problem the best thing is to take it to a car servicing place that deals with your model of car.

if u want to try every possible code, there are like a number of factors. let me calculate. u have like 720 possible combinations. do u want to do that?
