that they live like in a drama movie, do you think they can lower your own energy with their problems, making you part of it??? Even though they are good persons, just not happy.

I don't think the equivalent of energy and problems is as important as the relation between attitude and energy depletion. People with a good attitude don't drain others of their energy regardless of what is going on in their lives. People who have a bad attitude drain everyone including themselves regardless of the circumstances.

I'd rather be with someone with a good attitude and a million problems than someone with a bad attitude and only one problem ... them.

Having a low energy makes a person weak. This could be attributed to their problems but not always. Some have low energy due to stress-related problems. Some are overfatigue due to active work.

Movie dramas tends to absorb the feeling of their audiences hence make them emotional and adopt to the situation of the scenes but this does not make the audience problematic. It is a different situation. Maybe sometimes it could draw a person's emotions to drive him crazy about it. but this is very seldom. Actors and actresses are their to adopt on their assigned roles. To put themselves into that character but not to bring the character along with them. We all know that since it is only a drama movie.

Thanks for asking. Have a great day!

I think those that worry about the trivial take more out of me than those with real problems. If they are a friend though you put up with it all and try not to get sucked into the drama end. You just sometimes just have to listen and eventually they come up with the answers.

Maybe their problems lower their energy...
But people have low energy for many reasons, maybe their metabolism is slow for some reason eg. they have a thyroid problem, or they have a hectic lifestyle or they are stressed... I don't think people deliberately choose to have low energy, most people want to have more energy and contribute to society.

it's personal opinion, but I think the answer is NO,
because being low energy person mean somehow like lazy.
and the consequences to this are big. so the others might see you in problems but for the lazy person nothing has been changed. he have not got the ability to see this.
thanx

I think energy level could be a big part of their problem. Yes

Yes, I do. There are a -lot- of people around who are infinite 'energy sinks' and they'll drag you down if you let them. They don't mean to, they're not bad people, they're just 'drama queens/kings' and it's their life-style. Not too much you can do about it except cover your own αss ☺

I almost think the opposite. The ones that are hyper seem the most stressed while the ones that are laid back seem to have things in control....
