Indeed, i am a stock broker. i use it in my company to trade for my clients. I wanna choose the one that can send orders and received feedback faster. So which one is better choice?

Hi. Wrong. You need to focus on what meets your tasks. I am an AMD fan so I will not advise you. But trendless makes a good point.

Depends on the model of 3500+, but it's also some personal preference. The only definitive catagory is overclocking. The E2160 is a beast (in a good way) when it comes to how it is capable of being overclocked.
