Friends was filmed on the Warner Brothers lot. If the set for this show, which has been canceled, exists then your best bet to see it would be a Warner Brothers VIP Tour (see http://www2.warnerbros.com/vipstudiotour/ for more details).

me and my family went on the WB studio tour after 9/11, just after they started having tours again. we saw the Drew Carey Show set and Gilmore Girls set, they drove us by the Friends set, they told us except for the audience during filming, they rarely had anybody tour their set.. I was a little dissapointed.. it was at x-mas time, its not like anyone was filming or working on the set..
its been off the air so long now, that the set probably doesnt exist anymore.. I thought I remembered reading that Joey's spin-off show was using the same building, they probably torn down the Friends set and built the Joey set...

well the show ended quite a while ago so I'm thinking the set has been torn down but if there is somewhere you can go that would be awesome!

Probably at your local flea market, because it was disassembled and thrown out several seasons ago.
