Get a pen pal/e-mail pal - always something to look forward to!
If you have a project you started ages ago and never finished, now would be a good time.
If it's a beautiful day, grab a friend and go for a long walk or bike ride.
Learn something new that you can use for others - like crocheting, cross stitch or scrapbooking.

When I'm bored and I want something to pass the time while also giving me at least some kind of challenge, I always search for "point and click" games on yahoo.

Or you can try this game:

Maybe it's time to kick back & relax.
Taking up any thriller or love novels...hang out with old pals...go to the movies...online chatting...or heck, maybe even go for a jog.
The fresh air & all the sweating while exercising might make you feel better, not to mention looking better after working out!

Yes, right now take a pen and paper and write a nice note to the first five people you think of. From "Dear Bus Driver thanks for greeting me with a smile each day" or "dear mum, thanks for sticking my me when others didn't or even Dear teacher, thanks for being always there for the children in your class. so spend you bored time making ofthers lives better. i bet you will feel better for it.
Cheers

Have you tried puzzles - crosswords, sudoku etc.? I find they're a great way to relax and be mentally stimulated at the same time.
