friend,

Please give attention to English grammar and spellings and try to write simple sentences in a neat way.It is a request.
You have mispelt blood as bllod, and used 2 for two, substitue word which has no meaning and the very framing of question is not correct. Please kindly improve for your sake.

As you said both doctor are good and the blood used will be same group, and of same Rh factor and match other things, as they are doing simultaneously pumping in and pumping out in a gradual prescribed way (as they are good doctors) nothing will happen.
The person on whom this experiment is being carried out shall have to be in a very good hospital with all facilities , and should be a inpatient and should be lying on a bed till they complete or the patient or that person wants to stop.

Would depend on how close the substitute was to actual blood. It it could carry oxygen, blood sugars and a few other vital chemicals your body would still survive. The cells just need a constant supply of oxygen, energy and nutrition.

Chemicals such as perfluorocarbons have been used to partially replace blood and allow oxygen transfusion and blood sugar is a simple compound. There are few blood substitute compounds in FDA testing right now that are planned to be mixed with donated blood to save the lives of accident victims while conserving the blood supply.

The body will eventually expel the blood substitute as it regenerated new red blood cells.

Of course! Blood is as useless as your tonsils or appendix! You could literally replace your blood with chocolate milk, and nothing would happen.

I know a guy whose cousin's neighbor had this done, he is living a chocolatey dream!

If you were awake, you might not want to live. It sounds horrible, like something the Nazis did in WWII. I don't think there is a real blood substitute anyhow.
