No, absolutley not. If you hate her personality now, you will hate it more in the future. Marriage only magnaifies the things that irk you. Because you have to deal with them on a much grander scale. Especially for guys. It sounds to me like you may be feeling pressured perhaps because you've been dating for awhile and it seems like the obvious step. But trust me, this is the time to think clearly. Set your emotion to the side and be clear about what you need and whether or not she is offering that now Not when you get married but right now. I hate to say whether you should get married or not bc generally I feel people do the opposite of whatever you say but remember this for me if you don't remember anything else. The person you stand at the altar with is going to be the same person sitting across from you at the breakfast table.

Marriage is a lifetime commitment. Getting into it is easy but getting out is tough. Why make yourself go through all that trouble when you are certain that the person you are marrying is not meant for you. Don't be pressured into it because there is more to lose than gain in a wrong marriage. Take your time to pick and choose your destined one!

I am going to say no... If a person doesn't like their girlfriend/boyfriends personality. That is a huge problem. I think that is a big thing in a relationship, and it's one of the things that has to be there. You have to really like each other.

Maybe if they are an idiot, or if the girl is really hot and/or rich and you don't have a lot going on. It is 2007, and most marriages don't last anymore so just do it!
