It's a shock picture of a man holding his butt cheeks as far as possible and via gaping hold between them. It's something that trolls put as a link to shock you. You can google it if you want to be scarred for life.

It's a defunct website which featured a picture of a man stretching his anus on the main page.

People would link to it for shock value and often disguise the links as some sort of dumb practical joke.

Like: "Check out this great flash cartoon" and you click it and see a picture of a guy showing off his bit red anal sphincter.
