Hi I'm a mom of three beautiful girls 17,10 and 3 years old. I have been having problems with my oldest daughter she is so revel and it seems she does not know what she really wants she has always excuses to come so late home after she hang around with friends and also she has excuses to skip school I 'm so tired to fight her all the time and she fights back and we end fighting like sisters now she is saying she does not want to live here anymore, but she is still 17 she is gonna be 18 on may 2008 but she doesn't want helping cleaning home neither going to school and I don't want to be in trouble with the law you know I'm responsible for her but every thing I tried to do didn't work and I don't really know what else to do this next months could be a real hell any advise thank you.

by the way I'm not sure if she is thinking of living with her boyfriend he is a friend of the family (not to close) but he is 28 and although he is not a bad person I think he is not good for her because of they're ages

the govt. pays couples to take care of kids,
meanwhile that couple could care less about
the kids,,,,,the treat them like crap,
Just to make money
Just keep her home and try to deal with it,
your conscience wont mess with you

How can you allow your 17 year old TEENAGER to date a 28 year old MAN?
BTW that is illegal. If they are sexually active, then that is statutory rape.
