just off the top of my head....i would say a vast spectacle of lights neon, and lasers and disco balls. lots of vintage music and multi colored street lights. fire hydrants going off in the street while the people in the street dance and sing and laugh with friends. it's a non stop party under the moonlight! wanna join me?
