Can't remember who sang it - Ghost Riders in the Sky. - Gene Autry?
A lot of the other excellent ones have already been mentioned, Rawhide - Frankie Lane takes me back to my childhood along with High Noon.
My easily recognisable would be The Good, The Bad and the Ugly.

So, basically you like '80s post-punk and '60s psych rock, or just art rock in a broader sense, from a span of 12 years (what you posted)? I wouldn't say that's "weird" at all. Pretty limited, really, and a rather common limited taste. I honestly don't mean any offense by this... I don't think there's anything wrong with that, and the idea that people should have broad taste for its own sake is ridiculous; people should like what they like - nothing more, nothing less. But yeah, not at all "weird". When you start making playlists which include Tchaikovsky, Mos Def, Brett Smiley, Duke Ellington, Marty Robbins, Katy Perry, James Carr, Scott Joplin, Plexi, Chopin, Ewa Demarczyk, Sigur Ros, The Raincoats, Bobby Hackett, Dalida, and Vashti Bunyan in the period of 60 minutes, then we'll talk.

I loved the song from "Wild Wild West." Was Jim West the greatest cowboy and Artemis Gordon the best side kick, ever??? I loved that show! It's still great in rerun heaven! ♪ ♫♪ ♫♪
