Let's say I have a cumulative gpa of 3.0, a pretty good sat score, only 1 extra curiccular activity, and a one day in school suspension for endangering the health and safety of students for betting them they couldn't eat a spoon full of cinnamon, will i be eligible for a state university college?

thanks

I would guess that you would be able to get into a variety of state schools. Brainstorm any other extracurricular activities that you have done both in and out of school. Volunteer work also looks great on an application. I don't think that the suspension will play a large part. 3.0 is a pretty good gpa too. Research your colleges well and apply to at least 3 or 4 schools. Many schools have free applications too, so look into some of these schools and apply even if you're not sure you definately want to go there. When you get your acceptance letters it will definately give you more options.

I doubt that the suspension is on your transcript -- so don't worry about that.

You will get into some school. Think of ways to add to your list of extracurriculars.
