Your problem is that you written barium hydroxide incorrectly.

It is Ba(OH)2. The entire hydroxide anioin has to be doubled, not just the hydrogen atom.

Now the balancing is easy

2KOH + BaCl2 == Ba(OH)2 + 2 KCl

Write the formulas of the individual reactants and products correctly first.

"BaOH2" should be "Ba(OH)2 "
