The Zombies did "Time of the Season" originally. However, if you heard it on a radio station not dedicated to "Oldies". it was probably the remake by Blake Lewis on his debut album "Blake Lewis EP" released this year.
I loved the original, but haven't heard the remake.
(Edited to correct misspelling.)

"Time of the Season"
The Zombies performed it-on The Big Chill soundtrack, but it's originally on the album (you know, those round black things with the grooves in it) Oddesey and Oracle.
Written by Rod Argent ("Hold Your Head Up") and recorded at Abbey Road.

The Zombies, "Time of the Season" :
It's the time of the season
When the love runs high
In this time give it to me easy
And let me try with pleasured hands
To take you in the sun to promised lands
To show you everyone
It's the time of the season for loving...
What's your name? Who's your daddy?
Is he rich like me?
Has he taken any time
To show you what you need to live
Tell it to me slowly. Tell you why
I really want to know
It's the time of the season for loving...
*Solo* (verse & chorus)
What's your name? Who's your daddy?
Is he rich like me?
Has he taken any time
To show you what you need to live
Tell it to me slowly. Tell you why
I really want to know
It's the time of the season for loving...
