Who should I put as a landlord if I've been living with my parents?

I'm putting together my board package for buying a co-op and I'm not sure what I should put as my landlord since I've been living with my parents rent free.

You can simply state "Lived with Parents".. This should solve your problem.

No one, since you apparently have no previous landlord. Simpl'y put your parents' names on that line, indicating that you have lived with them until this time.
