No CSU school is likely to reject you. While that sounds great -- you have to realize that the CSU schools are not very selective -- nor are they very good. If you want to go to medical school after college, you need to go to a better school.

You have a shot at the UC schools. Berkeley and UCLA may be a tough sell if you don't bring up your grades -- but I think you can get into some UC school if your SAT scores are high. If you are a California resident -- then improving your grades so that you finish in the top 10% of your class may insure your acceptance to a UC school.

Since your weighted GPA is only a little higher than your unweighted GPA, I assume you have only had a few AP classes. Take more -- it will help your GPA and help get you into a better school.

Very few young people willing to entertain the idea of going to med school. You are among the few precious folks interested in med school. I say you have a 100% chance to get in: you already have the will, that's more than 50% !! You do need good GPA in a good college, but try not in pre-med. Take EE or ChE or something while moonlighting some biology elections before graduate. With your non pre-med background, your chance will be enhanced among the pre-med candidates. Also, after you take the MCAT, you should submit to as many schools as possible. This will also increase your chance. I remember the average acceptance rate is 56% and that actually is a very optimistic possibility. Good luck and be a doctor one day !!
