I recently quit smoking and now I'm addicted to my vitamins. Can this harm me in any way?

Yes, but only if you're taking too many at a time and
during a 24 hour time period. Vitamins, like
any other drugs, can create elevated levels of
substances; many which are lethal or fatal if the recommended
dosages have been exceeded or abused.
Peace.

It all depends on which ones you take and how many.
B vitamins, specifically B 12 are good for energy,
and you can not take too much, they just give you an energy rush, and your body rejects what it doesn't need through your urine.

yes you should be taking natural solid supplements not vitamins, it's not natural
you should be getting real deal vitamins from fruits and vegetables

if you get addicted to the vitamins in those fruits and veggies, then it's fine =))

There's nothing in regular vitamins that would cause you to become physically addicted to them. Are you sure they're just vitamins? lol
