Do you find it funny when the neighbor behind you insist on keeping their lights on and blinds open?
But, when you go outside after dark they look at you like your a "Peeping Tom"?
I was taking my dog for a crap, for god's sake!
I'm not the one with my windows open to the world!

I have neighbors who are like that. Christmas morning I woke up at 4:00 am to put presents out. I then went out back to take the dog out and smoke a cigarette. The people behind me had lights on, blinds open and were having sex. I put my cigarette out and called the dog so we can go in. The lady heard me. Now she thinks I'm a pervert.

My neighbors across the street sit on a bit of a hill and a 2 story house with many windows and they never shut the blinds and are always lit up, I can't help but see in their house, and the guy is a cop.

I guess they want to give a show. I am more modest. Some people forget they left their windows open and then when they see a stranger looking in that's when they know it's time to close the curtains. My neighbors leave their front door open sometimes but not windows/curtains.

I think one of my neighbors WANTS everyone to look at him.... he spends a lot of time in one area of his yard that is awfully visible from the street..... leave his blinds open & lights on at night.....

Luckily we don't have that problem in the neighborhood where we live, which is actually surprising in California!! I think if they are that paranoid then they are probably guilty of something!! Otherwise what would they be worried about you seeing?? Hmmmmm??

I agree ! what you should do is find an old video cam that is just junk and put it out side and aim it at their house. Let them see you fool with it now and again. Then i bet they will close them.

I don't pay enough attention to my neighbors to notice if they do that.
