My fingers accidently about two hours ago attempting to take something out of the oven with a light dish rag instead of a heavy towel. I'm ok but it still smarts!

I actually left eggs that I was supposed to be hard boiling on the stove on Friday. The water all boiled away and the eggs got so hot they exploded! So eggs.
