In sheep farming there is a leader, like the alpha male in a wolf pack, which is referred to as a bell weather. What the bell weather does, the herd does. Marketing and fashion and the entertainment industry is about being the bell weather, no matter if there is moral objective or not in the story. Celebrities are used to this purpose.

The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.

well it all depends. some just like to express them self. some people just want to feel like they belong with a certain group. Other people just have low self esteems and feel the need to buy really exspensive clothes and constently worry 24 7 abt what the trend is because they are worried abt what other people think. They might think they really enjoy these items but if you give them something from walmart to wear they will only be worried abt what their peers are thinking of it. I am a woman we love clothes but i think what matters is that i am not a trend freak. far from it.

Because they are well programmed to be clones rather than individuals; conformists rather than unique; sycophantic rather than scintillating? :)))))
