I'm buying the first thing i ever have on ebay. I'm using buy it now. After i click to confirm i'll buy it, does it automatically just get it from paypal for me, or do i have to do something with paypal? I do have a paypal account with money on it.

Go into your "My Ebay" and hit the "pay now" button and follow prompts. ... and a tip. Buy it now is usually way more expensive than bidding. Follow your item to the last second and bid high. That's how I win.

Some buy it now auctions will route you directly to payment (which can include paypal). Some don't. After you 'buy it now' you need to follow the pay link to get to paypal (if they accept it) and actively pay for it.
It does not automatically get it from paypal for you.
